Mould Makers
One of Free Form's core strengths is its mould making expertise. Mould-making is a learned art and Free Form's mould makers are among the best in the industry. Free Form Plastics has the capability and the experience to create moulds of all sizes and degrees of complexity, from fabricated to machined to cast, they know what will work best for your application.

Metal Fabrication
Free Form can provide welding services in regular steels, stainless steel, or aluminium. As well as plastic products, Free Form has experience and capacity for various steel products or products that are a combination of plastic and steel. Free Form Plastics is a division of Bourgault Industries Ltd., therefore has access to Bourgault's manufacturing experience and capacity. This is why you will see an innovative marriage of plastic and metal in many Free Form products such as the Liquid Fertilizer Carts, Portable Liquid Storage systems, Cone Bottom Tank & Stand assemblies as well as the industry leading Swath Roller!

Plastic Rotational Moulding Ovens
Free Form has three different moulding ovens and each oven is a unique style. They are the clamshell, carousel and tornado types. Each type of moulding oven has different characteristics and makes it better suited to moulding certain types of parts.

Three-Arm Fixed Turret Oven
The three-arm fixed turret oven is limited to parts 66" in diameter. However, this machine can run smaller parts more efficiently than the other styles.

Clamshell Oven
Our M160 clamshell unit can mould parts up to 13' in diameter.

We have the first TRM Oven in North America!
Tornado Oven
Our 4 Arm Tornado oven is the first of its kind in North America!  This unique oven allows us to mold parts up to 100" in diameter.  This new oven is ready to conquer projects with accuracy and reliability.
