Free Form Plastics manufactures industrial sized liquid storage tanks designed to meet the needs of every industry. Our water and liquid chemical storage tanks are manufactured using the highest quality, UV stabilized polyethylene available on the market today.
Vertical Storage Tank sizes vary from 500 to 5000 imperial
gallons (600 to 6000 US gallons) with a choice of standard or
heavy-duty construction.
All tanks over 500 imperial gallons come standard with tie down lugs, 16" durable hinged vented lid, gallonage indicator, bulkhead fitting and interior siphon tube for more complete drainage. (Optional 2" heavy-duty bulkhead fitting is available in lieu of standard 3" on all large size tanks.)
Cone bottom tanks feature a 10 degree slope which means lower overall heights, complete drainage of the product and a more stable load when transporting
HD reinforced ribbed dome to prevent sagging
All translucent and black tanks are potable and manufactured
from materials that meet FDA Regulations 21 CFR 177.1520
and may be used to contain materials for human consumption.
Heavy-duty tanks are typically used to contain liquids with densities up to 20 lb per gallon.
Standard duty tanks are typically used for liquids with densities up to 14 lb per gallon.
Heavy-duty tanks carry a five (5) year warranty against defects in workmanship. Standard Tanks carry a three (3) year warranty against defects in workmanship
All tanks are available in translucent white or black. (Black eliminates algae formation.) Other colours available on special order.
All tanks have UV8 protection to prevent deterioration from sunlight..
Optional sight gauge kit is available for black tanks.
Standard 3" (76mm) heavy-duty bulkhead fitting c/w a 2" reducer.
Optional stainless steel bulkheads are available.
The Free Form 1750 Imperial Gallon Truck Box tank (2100 US, 7950 litre) is specifically designed to fit most truck boxes where larger capacities are needed but the truck box width is limited.
