Adjust for Swath Width
The Series 2000 allows you to adjust the width of the roller to match the swath. Adjustable from 6 ft. to 10 ft. widths, you have the best tool available to help protect your valuable crop from wind damage.
Set as Wide as 10 ft.

Quick Height Adjust
The quick height adjustment feature on the TB (Tow Behind) 2000 allows the operator to change the height of the roller quickly and easily. The floating roller mode allows the roller to automatically adjust to the different swath sizes. This feature will allow firming of swaths where it is often needed most… that is where the swaths are the lightest.
Easy Hieght Adjust
The MT (mounted) 2000H (hydraulic) uses a pair of heavy duty hydraulic cylinders to raise and lower the swath roller. Best of all, the swath roller is controlled from inside the cab of the swather. This allows you to lift the roller in the corners and at the ends of your swath row to avoid damaging the crop that has already been swathed. Independent control allows to to raise and lower the roller when needed. The system also has float tabs built in to avoid damaging the roller if you hit a rock or a hole. There is also a manual depth stop to set the minimum height of the roller for consistent swath height.
Winch Adjustment
The MT (mounted) 2000 uses a winch and pulley system connected to a high rate tension spring to adjust the minimum working height of the roller. The winch adjustment allows the height of the MT 2000 to be set in seconds. Each cog of the winch translates into about ½” of height adjustment of the roller. The cable is attached to a heavy-duty tension spring to absorb shock loads encountered in the field or in transport.
Winch Adjustment
The result is smooth, bounce free performance. For transport, simply crank the winch handle several revolutions and your ready to go!
